Elected by the Board of Directors from Preferred Members’ representatives for 2-year, staggered terms, the Executive Board is comprised of the Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, and four (4) Representatives. The Executive Board has the authority to bind coverage, approve expenditures, authorize settlement of claims, and approve new members. Officers of the Pool consist of the Executive Director, the aforementioned Treasurer and Secretary, who also participate on the Executive Board.
