Property Appraisals

PRM administers a property appraisal program for its members in order to provide a fair property value in the event of a loss, and provides equitable distribution of premium. The appraisal service is provided by CBIZ Valuation Group, LLC.

Appraisals include a site plan and color photo of each location along with a certified Flood Elevation Certificate.
